Iowa Supreme Court

I am dismayed at the judge deciding that homosexual marriage is constitutional in Iowa. I understand that judges are supposed to standup for the constitutions and protect them from people that try to alter them, but there seems to be a trend with some judges (notice I said some) thinking they can alter the constitutions to their political views without seriously pondering if their actions are in line with the true meaning of the founders of the constitutions and their constituents. The states were founded, as were the constitutions, by conservative, god fearing minded people. 

It is time that we the people make sure that the politicians know what we think. We need to know what our states' laws are; such as in Kansas every four years we vote to keep the judges in or out. We should make sure that each state has a law similar to this law in Kansas. By having this ability, we are able to make our voices known and to get bad judges out of our courts.
